Follow these instructions to make your pop-up window responsive and resize appropriately for mobile devices and tablets.
Go to the Setup tab.
Go to the Advanced Settings page.
Find the Make Pop-Up Window Mobile Friendly field and make sure it's checked.
Hit Save.
