It's possible to receive a notification email every time a new subscriber signs up to your email signup form. Follow these instructions to setup your notifications.
Go to the Setup tab.
Click on the Notifications link.
Check the Receive Notification Emails check box.
Enter your email address that you'd like the receive notifications at.
Hit Save.
